Building Safety Manager

Field Based, covering the South of England

£56-£66K plus car or car allowance plus benefits including excellent pension

Mon-Fri, 40 hours/week

Are you an experienced Building safety professional with experience of MOB’s (Multi Occupancy Buildings) with awareness of relevant statutory and regulatory standards, looking for a varied, challenging and prestigious role with a large national utilities infrastructure business.

The company are renowned for their professionalism and for the training and progression offered to employees.

This will be a field based role covering Southern England, including 1 day a week in their head office in Suffolk.

The role is ensure compliance for all multi occupancy buildings to the relevant statutory and regulatory standards.

The Role
*Full time permanent role with a large national utilities infrastructure company
*Facilitate the inspection and maintenance of multi occupancy buildings
*Monitor the delivery of the remedial works programme ensuring related processes are followed

The Person
*Academic/working knowledge of building safety standards related to MOB’s
*Experience of the management of work programmes over geographically diverse locations.
*Any of the following qualifications; EngTech, IEng, SHEA card, CSCS.
