Location: Gillingham
Salary: Up to £30,000 (DOE) + OTE & Benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday

We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused individual to join a busy Service Department, where delivering exceptional customer experience is at the heart of everything you do.
Key Responsibilities:
*Welcoming customers into the service reception and providing a professional first impression
*Delivering outstanding customer service at all times
*Booking in vehicles and advising customers on repair timelines
*Liaising with the workshop team to ensure smooth operations
*Handling general administrative duties
*Working collaboratively within a team environment
Requirements:
*Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade
*Strong customer service and communication skills
*Professional appearance and approach
*Positive attitude and strong work ethic
*Ability to work well within a team
*Full UK driving licence (essential)
