Job Description:
We are working with an award-winning business, who are looking to expand their sales team and is looking for a confident Sales Agent to join their team.
They are an independent supplier who provide bespoke solutions to their clients needs with a key focus on reducing cost and delivering excellence.

Sales Agent – Responsibilities:
*Make outbound cold calls to introduce services.
*Drive to push sales excellence through market mapping and customer management.
*Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
*Liaise with Business Development Managers to ensure the sales cycle is an efficient process.
*Dealing with any inbound enquiries through outbound calling.
*Maintain accurate records in the companies CRM system.
*Achieve and exceed KPIs for calls and appointments.
Sales Agent – Ideal Candidate:
*At least 1-year recent experience in Lead Generation, Telesales or similar role
*Strong communication skills and the ability to handle objections
*Organised, resilient and target driven
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outbound call and KPI environment
