M&A Sales Associate
Location: Manchester Airport / Hybrid (2 days WFH)
Salary: Up to £30,000 + Commission (£5,000–£7,000 Annually)

The Role
As an M&A Sales Associate, you will play a key part in building relationships with financial advice firms, identifying acquisition opportunities, and supporting the wider M&A team. You’ll receive full training, mentorship, and career development support to grow your skills and confidence in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
*Research and identify potential acquisition targets
*Make outbound calls to introduce the business to financial advice firms
*Build strong relationships with directors and business owners
*Validate and qualify leads to ensure suitability
*Maintain accurate records of conversations and progress
*Book meetings and follow-ups for the wider team
*Support administrative and project tasks as required
*Gain exposure to due diligence, negotiations, and integration processes
About You
*Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential; full training provided
*Strong interest in developing a career within M&A
*Confident telephone manner with the ability to engage and build trust with business owners
*Target-driven, resilient, persuasive, and professional
*Organised and able to manage workload independently
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Motivated, proactive, and a team player
