IFA AdministratorLocation: Bromsgrove (office based)
Salary: £27,000-£30,000 DOE
About the RoleAn established and growing financial services firm in the West Midlands is seeking a Senior IFA Administrator to join its expanding team. The business provides mass-market financial advice across pensions, investments, mortgages and insurance, with a strong focus on delivering clear, straightforward guidance that gives clients peace of mind.

This is a varied role covering a wide range of administrative and technical responsibilities, offering strong development opportunities within a professional financial planning environment.
Key Responsibilities*Working closely with advisers to manage the full new business process from start to completion
*Handling day-to-day client and provider enquiries
*Obtaining relevant information from providers
*Making outbound and receiving inbound telephone calls
*Preparing for client meetings, including quote requests, valuations and appropriate literature
*Preparing and submitting applications and supporting documentation to product providers
*Chasing providers through to case completion and resolving any issues that arise
*Inputting new business proposals into the back-office system in line with internal procedures
*Ensuring records are fully updated to support accurate management information reporting
*Ensuring all cases are compliant with internal procedures and industry regulations
*Processing fund switches and withdrawals in line with client instructions
*Report writing
The Ideal CandidateYou will be:
*Self-motivated and highly organised
*Client-focused and professional
*Proactive, positive and an excellent communicator with a strong telephone manner
*Strong at building rapport
*Confident using IT systems, particularly Microsoft Office
*Detail-oriented, with a high level of accuracy
*Comfortable multitasking and working to deadlines with minimal supervision
*Keen to work within a high-achieving, committed team
*Discreet and highly protective of confidential client data
Experience & Qualifications:
*Minimum 2 years administration experience within an IFA environment (essential)
*Good knowledge of pensions and investments (desirable)
*CII Financial Services exam passes or working towards qualifications (desirable)
Package*Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications)
*Quarterly bonus scheme (subject to probation and performance)
*Company pension
*Private medical insurance (post-probation)
*Cash plan (post-probation)
*Full exam support (exams funded, bonuses on completion, 1-1 coaching from experienced team)
