Description
The Senior Accounts Assistant’s responsibilities include:
*Maintain accurate financial records and ensure the integrity of financial data.
*Process invoices, expense claims, and supplier payments in a timely manner.
*Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports.
*Reconcile bank accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
*Support the annual budgeting process and monitor expenditure against budgets.
*Prepare and submit VAT returns in compliance with regulations.
*Liaise with internal stakeholders and external auditors as required.
*Provide administrative support to the accounting and finance team as needed.
