Location: Bridgnorth Community Hospital – South East Locality
Pay: Competitive + £0.45 per mile mileage
Hours: 7-day rota | 08:00–18:00 (long days) or 08:00–16:00 / 08:30–16:30 / 10:00–18:00

What You’ll Do*Deliver high-quality care in community settings
*Manage complex and simple wound care, including compression therapy
*Provide end-of-life care and patient support
*Administer medications safely
*Perform catheterisation (male, female & suprapubic)
*Support with bowel care and insulin administration
*Use and manage syringe drivers
*Conduct Doppler assessments and compression bandaging
Requirements*Active NMC registration (RGN)
*Minimum 6 months recent NHS Community/District Nursing experience
*Competent in required clinical skill set
*Must be a driver with access to a car
*Right to work in the UK
*Fully compliant and available to start ASAP
