Job SummaryWe are looking for a Level 3 qualified Early Years Assistant to provide high-quality care and education to young children in a nurturing and stimulating environment. Responsibilities include planning and implementing engaging activities, supporting children’s learning and development, and maintaining a safe and positive classroom atmosphere.

Qualification/educationLevel 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
ExperienceExperience working with young children in an early years setting is preferred, but not essential for the right candidate.
SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, a nurturing and patient personality, strong organizational skills, ability to work as part of a team, passion for early childhood education.
