JOB TITLE: Resicdential Property Lawyer / Conveyancer
LOCATION: Leeds, Cardiff & Daventry (hybrid working) and Fully Remote (home working)
SALARY: £34,000 - £50,000 plus competitive bonus structure

The Role:
*Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters focussed on leasehold sale and purchases.
*Conducting pre-contract enquiries, title investigations, and advising on covenants, easements and other title issues.
*Preparing and reviewing contracts, transfer deeds, certificates and related documentation.
*Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, surveyors and other third parties to progress transactions to completion.
*Undertaking anti-money laundering checks and complying with regulatory and firm risk procedures.
*Providing clear updates to clients throughout the transaction and ensuring a high standard of client care.
*Supporting junior fee earners and contributing to team knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
The Candidate:
*Qualified solicitor, licensed conveyancer or just great experience in residential conveyancing.
*Proven experience handling leasehold conveyancing matters.
*Good working knowledge of Land Registry processes and title documentation.
*Strong client care skills with the ability to communicate complex legal information clearly.
*Ability to manage a caseload, prioritise effectively and meet deadlines in a busy environment.
*Excellent attention to detail and a risk-aware approach to work.
*Competent user of Microsoft Office and case management systems; willingness to learn new technology.
