This Junior Finance Analyst role is ideally suited to someone early in their finance career, with a solid grounding in accounting principles, strong analytical capability, and a desire to develop within a fast-paced, international environment.
Working as part of a collaborative and high-performing finance team, you will play an integral role in supporting financial reporting, analysis, and month-end processes across multiple global entities. This position offers broad exposure across finance, including regular interaction with senior stakeholders and involvement in strategic decision-making support. As a Junior Finance Analyst, you will assist with management reporting, variance analysis, FX monitoring, and help maintain accurate financial records while contributing to business performance insights.
Skills and experience required
*Previous experience within a fast-paced environment, with a strong understanding of finance and accounting principles (e.g. journals, accruals, reconciliations, variance analysis).
*Strong Excel skills, including the ability to use lookups, pivot tables, and basic financial modelling.
*Confident communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
*Ability to manage deadlines, prioritise workloads, and work effectively across multiple entities and time zones.
*Proactive, curious, and eager to learn, with a continuous improvement mindset.
What you will receive
*A full-time, office-based role within a stable and reputable organisation operating on a global scale.
*A supportive and collaborative team environment with strong opportunities for ongoing training and development.
*A business that actively promotes from within, offering clear pathways for career progression.
*A comprehensive benefits package including performance-related bonuses, well-being initiatives, and additional perks.
Summary
This opportunity is ideal for a junior finance professional or graduate with relevant experience seeking a full-time, office-based role within a growing international organisation where their analytical skills will be valued and their career progression actively supported.
