Job Title: Floating Support Worker
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: £28,031.56 per annum (Pro rata)
Working Hours: Part-time 22,5 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday Between the hours of 9am & 5 pm
Location: Leeds

The difference you will make as Floating Support Worker


To work collaboratively as part of a committed team to deliver an outstanding service and a range of personalised support that puts customers first, empowering them to achieve their goals and aspirations. You will be required to work in the community and visit customers in their own homes. The customers you work with will be facing challenges and may be at risk of becoming homeless.


About you


We are looking for someone with:
*An understanding of the barriers faced by vulnerable and diverse customer groups and individuals with complex needs.
*An understanding of the current UK Benefit System and working knowledge of Universal Credit
*Team player with a caring, empathetic, flexible and have a resilient, can-do attitude.
*Excellent time management and communication skills
*The ability to demonstrate initiative and the confidence to make and act on decisions.
*Competent administrative and IT skills and ability to produce reports and other communications.
