*£50,000 – £65,000 depending on experience

The Role:
*Head up & oversee the existing team
*Run a ready-to-go residential conveyancing caseload – of good quality matters
*Supervise matters within the team and provide technical guidance as required
*If you want you could handle a mixed residential & commercial property caseload
*Provide leadership, supervision and capacity within the team
*Contribute to strategy/direction of the department/firm
*Work collaboratively with an existing Solicitor who supports compliance/process development
About You:
*This role could suit a Qualified or Non-Qualified Fee Earner
*Your experience is far more important than qualification
*Support may be available for those completing qualification routes (e.g.: CILEX/SQE).
*You should have at least 3 years’ experience within conveyancing
