What will the Accounts Payable Assistant role involve?
*Managing the entire invoice cycle, ensuring accuracy and timely payments to suppliers
*Reconciling supplier statements and resolving any discrepancies with efficiency
*Supporting employee expense procedures, ensuring compliance with policies and audit standards
Suitable Candidate for the Accounts Payable Assistant vacancy:
*Previous experience working within Accounts Payable, especially in high-volume environments
*Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail
*Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
