Experienced Litigation Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive Boston, Lincolnshire | Office-Based
The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join a busy and growing Personal and Business Dispute Resolution team in Boston. This role is ideal for a confident, proactive, and structured individual with experience handling a mixed civil litigation caseload.
You will manage complex matters, generate new work, and maintain high-quality client service while contributing to the development and growth of the department.
Key Responsibilities*Manage a mixed civil litigation caseload efficiently and independently
*Provide ongoing service to existing clients and generate new business
*Contribute to business development initiatives and cross-referrals across the firm
*Produce fee income in line with agreed targets
*Maintain accurate records of time, billing, and client work
*Keep up-to-date with changes in law and practice in your area
*Ensure compliance with quality, risk, and financial control procedures
About YouEssential*Experienced Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
*Proven ability to manage a busy caseload
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
*Confident, proactive, and structured approach
*Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Desirable*Experience with SOS Connect or other case management systems
*Familiarity with CIPHR or other HR systems
*Previous experience generating work and converting quotations
