Creative Project Manager
*Annual Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience)
*Location: Near Knaresborough, Harrogate
*Job Type: Full-time, Office-based
We are seeking a Creative Project Manager who is adept at handling workflow for client accounts within the creative industry. This role is perfect for a Project Manager from the creative industry looking for a new exciting challenge.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Lead the end-to-end delivery of creative projects across campaigns, content, and brand initiatives.
*Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing timelines, resources, and priorities.
*Serve as the main point of contact for both internal stakeholders and external clients.
*Translate briefs into clear project plans, schedules, and deliverables.
*Coordinate creative leads, animators, photographers and other creative specialists.
*Track project progress and manage risks, dependencies, and changes to ensure timely delivery.
*Ensure projects are delivered within agreed budgets and scopes.
*Facilitate project kick-off meetings, status updates, and post-project reviews.
*Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting.
*Champion best practice project management processes within the creative team.
*Freedom to implement project management software into the business.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience as a Project Manager within a creative, marketing, agency, or digital environment.
*Strong understanding of creative workflows and production processes.
*Excellent organisational and time management skills.
*Confident in stakeholder management and client-facing roles.
*Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Comfortable working with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Monday.com, Trello, or similar.
