Are you an experienced Deputy Manager looking for your next step, or a strong Senior Nurse ready to progress into leadership? Requirements:
*Active NMC PIN ( RGN / RMN ) desirable
*Strong background in elderly/nursing care
*Proven leadership and team-support skills
*Solid understanding of CQC standards
*Excellent communication abilities
*A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care
