Early Years Practitioner – East Sheen, London SW14
Salary: Starting at £13.50 per hour / £28,000 per year (depending on experience, qualifications, degree, and age)
Hours: 40 hours across 4 days | 8am–6pm
Contract: Permanent | All year round

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our fantastic nursery in East Sheen, London SW14.
Our nursery is set in a large, converted house across three levels, with a separate two-storey building for our 2–3 year olds. The main building includes five playrooms, a sensory room, an ICT suite, a separate sleep room for under twos, and children’s toilets and changing facilities on every level. We also have a spacious outdoor area suitable for all age groups, featuring a covered sand pit and Sensory Garden. This is a long-term opportunity to join a friendly and dedicated team.

Responsibilities of the Early Years Practitioner
*Provide the highest level of childcare and early education experiences for all children in the nursery
*Work as part of a passionate team and contribute to the running and development of the nursery
*Celebrate children’s learning and development with the child and their families
*Use your knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage and child development to plan and deliver interest-led, engaging learning activities daily
About You
*Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (full and relevant)
*Previous experience as a nursery practitioner or in a similar role
*Strong commitment to outdoor learning and inclusive practices
*Excellent communication skills for interacting with parents and carers
*Eligible to work in the UK
