Compliance Manager (Temporary)
Role: Compliance Manager
Salary: £15/h - £17/h
Location: London
Hours: Monday – Thursday 9:00am – 6:00pm; Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm
Set up: 4 days in the office, Wednesday WFH
Contract: Temporary
Tiger are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance Manager to join on a temporary basis within a fast-paced environment. This role will involve working closely with the Senior Compliance Manager and wider teams to ensure a smooth and compliant onboarding process. The suitable candidate will be confident managing volume and complexity, whilst acting as a key point of contact for compliance across the business.
What you’ll Do
*Manage complex or high-risk compliance matters independently
*Lead onboarding and approve required documentation
*Manage complex compliance issues
*Maintain accurate, audit-ready records across systems
*Review new assignments and allocate onboarding requirements
*Ensure all documentation is completed ahead of start dates
*Partner with internal teams to resolve onboarding challenges
*Generate and review contracts in line with requirements
*Monitor active assignments and manage expiring documentation
Who you are
*Minimum 1 year experience in a compliance role
*Strong understanding of regulatory processes (healthcare experience beneficial)
*Strong attention to detail
*Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities
*Confident communicator and decision-maker with the ability to work across teams
*Comfortable working with systems and documentation
*Familiarity with Bullhorn and Credentially is a plus, but not essential
