Job Description:
Amour Recruitment is seeking an experienced Customer Support Executive to work for a fab company based near Havant.
This role is pivotal in supporting the continued business’ growth strategy by delivering excellent customer service to existing and lapsed clients.
Duties include:
*Process customer orders accurately
*Liaising with customers building solid relationships and providing excellent customer service
*Respond to customer enquiries providing after sales support.
*Actively seek to increase customer order values through offering additional products and services.
*Maintain accurate records of customer in the CRM system.


Personal requirements:
*Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint, Business Dynamics, Dynamics 365 would all be an advantage
*Strong verbal and written communication skills
*Excellent problem-solving skills
*Positive attitude, resilience, and a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Hours: Monday to Thursday 0900-1700 and 0900-1600 Friday
Salary: £25,000 to £28,000 depending on experience
