CMC Consulting are partnering with a high-growth FMCG business based in Bedfordshire. This is a newly created role, offering a fantastic opportunity for a bright, driven Management Accountant to join a fast-paced environment and make a real impact. You’ll work closely with Sales and Buying teams, gaining strong commercial exposure while supporting key marketing and promotional activity across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
*Own the month-end process, including preparation of management accounts, accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations
*Partner with Sales and Buying teams to provide financial insight and support decision-making
*Support marketing and promotional spend, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting
*Deliver meaningful analysis around margins, performance, and key business drivers
*Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
*Carry out inventory analysis, including stock reconciliations and provisioning
*Act as a key contact during the audit process, ensuring timely and accurate information
*Contribute to ongoing improvements across finance processes, systems, and reporting
