Junior Marketing Executive
A well-established UK organisation operating within the construction and building materials sector is seeking a Junior Marketing Executive to support its marketing activity across multiple channels.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated early-career marketer to develop their skills within a stable, growing business offering long-term progression and hands-on exposure to both strategic and operational marketing. Full support, training, and development will be provided.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders and commercial teams to help promote the company’s products and services, support brand presence, and contribute to lead generation and customer engagement initiatives.


Plan, create, schedule, and publish regular content across the company’s social media channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), aligned with brand guidelines and commercial activity
Write engaging, on-brand copy for posts, campaigns, and updates, with a focus on promoting products, services, projects, and company news
Monitor social media performance, engagement, and follower growth, producing basic reports and insights
Support the development and execution of a consistent social media content calendar
Manage comments, messages, and interactions in line with brand tone and customer service expectations
Support SEO activity across the company website, including on-page optimisation (meta titles, descriptions, headers, internal linking)
Create and update website content such as blog posts, landing pages, and product pages with SEO best practices in mind
Conduct basic keyword research to support content creation and improve organic visibility
Work with internal stakeholders to ensure website content is accurate, up to date, and commercially relevant
Monitor website performance using analytics tools and support ongoing improvements to search rankings
Liaise with external partners (e.g. agencies, designers, developers) where required
Support wider marketing activity, campaigns, and projects as needed
