Job Description:
As HealthHero expands the Private GP/Clinical Practitioners health service, the need for ongoing safe compliance and resourcing is key to ensure staffing levels meet the service demand. This role exists to support the business in maintaining the compliance documents for Clinical Practitioner’s and GP’s, following policy and protocols correctly.
The Compliance Administrator will assist in delivering key quality compliance objectives to contribute to achieving an outstanding rating from a CQC inspection. The role description below is not exhaustive but will define the main responsibilities and requirements of the position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
*Ensure all communication represents HealthHero as a highly professional organisation committed to delivering high-quality services and promoting a positive working environment, in line with company policies and procedures.
*Build strong, professional, and supportive relationships with all Clinicians, promoting a highly sought-after work culture where clinical quality is recognised and celebrated through a safe, caring, effective, and responsive service.
*Support and deliver Clinician onboarding activities, including contact via phone or email, background checks, IT equipment coordination, onboarding, and training in accordance with company policies and procedures.
*Process all paperwork in line with requirements, including (but not limited to) compliance checks, accurate and timely data input, and identification of issues.
*Document all company and personnel information with a high level of attention to detail, ensuring compliance with GDPR and data protection requirements.
*Work collaboratively with relevant departments within HealthHero Solutions to deliver a smooth and professional Clinician onboarding experience, contributing to HealthHero Solutions being an employer of choice.
*Deliver compliance policy and procedural requirements, demonstrating attention to detail, clear communication, and effective, efficient responses that lead to positive outcomes for all parties.
*Maintain up-to-date and accurate Clinician records using agreed quality monitoring systems to effectively track compliance requirements.
*Update Clinician and staff information as required across relevant platforms.
*Track and provide key onboarding data for reporting purposes.
*Undertake relevant training as required to effectively carry out role responsibilities.
*Carry out additional duties as requested by the Senior Management Team to support business objectives.
*Manage compliance renewals for existing Clinicians via Credentially.
*Complete Clinician compliance audits.
*Provide ad hoc support to the Patient Experience Team and Call Centre when necessary.
Requirements
*Be proficient using MS Office packages, especially Excel.
*Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Demonstrate attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
*Possess strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
*Be both a team player and a capable independent worker.
