Recruit UK is working with a forward-thinking wealth management firm in Cheshire who are seeking a highly technical Paraplanner to join their growing team.
The company is backed by a nationwide financial planning organisation with years of experience developing chartered financial planning professionals through the industry.

What you’ll be doing
*Partnering with Financial Planners to deliver first-class financial solutions.
*Preparing detailed suitability reports and supporting documentation.
*Conducting in-depth cashflow modelling to bring financial plans to life.
*Researching investment, tax, protection, and retirement strategies to recommend tailored client solutions.
*Liaising with compliance, product providers, and external paraplanners to ensure robust, compliant outcomes.
*Playing an active role in client reviews and meetings where appropriate.
*Supporting and mentoring trainee paraplanners and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
What we’re looking for
*Extensive technical Paraplanning experience
*Ideally Diploma qualified (Level 4) or working towards Chartered status.
*Strong knowledge of investments, pensions, protection, trusts, and tax planning.
*Confident with cashflow planning tools and financial software.
*Organised, detail-driven, and proactive — able to manage deadlines with ease.
*A great communicator who thrives in a team environment and cares deeply about doing the right thing for clients.
