About the Role:
We are seeking professional and friendly Temporary Receptionists to provide front-of-house support during busy periods. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
*Greeting visitors and directing them appropriately
*Answering and managing incoming calls and emails
*Handling general administrative tasks (filing, data entry, scheduling)
*Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area
*Assisting internal teams with ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:
*Previous reception or customer-facing experience preferred
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Good organisational skills and attention to detail
*Basic IT skills (e.g. Microsoft Office)
