Your responsibilities as Technical Projects Lead
*Lead engineering and process improvement projects that enhance manufacturing performance
*Deliver NPI activities, ensuring seamless integration into cleanroom operations
*Provide hands-on engineering support to resolve process and equipment issues
*Develop and implement compliant technical solutions within regulated environments
*Ensure all activity aligns with GMP and cleanroom standards
*Work cross-functionally to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget
What we’re looking for in a Technical Projects Lead
*Degree in an engineering discipline (chemical preferred)
*Previous experience in cleanroom manufacturing environments
*Proven delivery of process improvements, NPI, and technical projects
*Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, automation, and equipment
*Knowledge of GMP and regulatory compliance standards
