An established City disputes practice is looking to recruit a Civil Litigation Solicitor or employed barrister with approximately 2-5 years’ post-qualification experience to join its growing Dispute Resolution team.

The team advises on complex and high-value litigation and arbitration, including matters with an international and regulatory dimension, and acts for a sophisticated client base on strategically important disputes.
Description
*2-5 years’ PQE gained in a top-tier or boutique City disputes practice
*Predominantly civil litigation experience, including high-value and/or complex commercial matters
*Strong working knowledge of the CPR, the Commercial Court Guide and the CE-File system
*A proven track record of handling complex civil litigation throughout your career to date
*Experience managing your own caseload for less complex matters, while supporting senior lawyers on larger disputes
*Ability to supervise junior team members and progress matters with a high degree of autonomy
