Certain Advantage is partnering with a key client to recruit Civil Engineer Leads to provide technical support for non-nuclear and nuclear assets within the Devonport site. Projects include refurbishments, new developments, and listed building compliance. You’ll help scope, develop, and deliver engineering solutions that meet operational, safety, and regulatory standards.
What will you be doing?
*Advise on construction matters and contribute across RIBA stages
*Produce drawings, specifications, and technical reports
*Liaise with stakeholders, design teams, and statutory bodies
*Arrange site investigations and condition surveys
*Design structural alterations and small-scale new works
A couple of things you should know:
*Proven delivery from RIBA stages 3–5
*Skilled in Revit/BIM Level 2 and engineering drawings
*Verification experience up to Category 2
*Strong communication and adaptability
During an interview, you may be asked about:
*Your experience in nuclear, Defence, or marine environments
*Environmental compliance and asset lifecycle support
*CDE/data delivery platforms
