Our client is expanding and seeking a Lift Inspection Engineer to join their growing team. This role is targeted at candidates living in Exeter, Plymouth, or surrounding areas.
The role involves inspections on lifts and pressure systems. Candidates with experience inspecting either lifts or pressure systems, and holding a minimum NVQ Level 3, are encouraged to apply.
Salary & Benefits: £40,000-£45,000 (DOE), company vehicle, healthcare, and door-to-door pay for travel time.
Job Overview:
*Conduct insurance inspections of passenger & domestic lifts
*Adhere to health & safety legislation
*Provide reports detailing refurbishment options or potential replacement
*Carry out visual surveys & audits for lifts & pressure systems
*Travel independently to customer sites with door-to-door pay
*Work methodically, efficiently, and professionally
*Maintain records & paperwork up to date
*Provide excellent customer service
*Clear progression paths within the company
Requirements:
*Experience in diagnosing/repairing lifts or pressure systems
*NVQ Level 3 qualification
*Full UK manual driving licence
*Excellent attention to detail & strong admin skills
Benefits:
