This is a rare opportunity to join a lean, high impact data function at a pivotal point in its growth. You will play a key role in rebuilding and shaping a core analytics capability, working in a genuinely hands on role where your technical decisions will directly influence how data is used across the business.

The Company
They are a UK based, digital first consumer business with a strong focus on data led decision making. Operating with a community driven mindset, they place analytics at the centre of product development and customer experience. The organisation runs lean, values autonomy, and invests in modern data platforms to enable teams to build quickly and effectively.

The Role
As an Analytics Engineer, you will sit within the central data team, supporting multiple product areas and helping to establish best practice across analytics engineering.
*Design and build robust, scalable data models to support analytics and reporting
*Develop and maintain transformations using dbt on a modern cloud data platform
*Work closely with data infrastructure to ensure clean, well structured datasets
*Partner with product, data science and analytics stakeholders to enable self serve analytics
*Take ownership of core data assets and help rebuild central analytics capability

Your Skills and Experience
*Strong commercial experience using SQL to build and optimise data models
*Proven capability in dimensional data modelling, ideally using Kimball principles
*Hands on experience with dbt for data transformation
*Experience working with cloud data warehouses, particularly Snowflake
*Comfortable using Python or a similar language for logical problem solving
*A builder mindset, with a preference for technical delivery over heavy stakeholder management

What They Offer
*The chance to join a small core team with real influence and visibility
*Clear opportunity to shape the future of the analytics function as it scales
*Supportive, inclusive culture with a strong focus on learning and ownership
