BI ANALYSTREMOTE/ OCCASIONAL SHEFFIELD TEAM DAYSUP TO £55,000This is a high impact Data Analyst role where you will help shape how a growing digital business uses data.You will play a central role in building core reporting foundations, defining meaningful commercial metrics, and enabling better decision making across the organisation during an exciting period of data transformation.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:The BI Analyst will:*Build and maintain core analytics data models using SQL, including star schema designs
*Develop dashboards and reporting layers using modern BI tools
*Translate commercial questions into clear, actionable insights
*Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting requirements
*Conduct exploratory analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
*Bring structure and scalability to existing ad hoc reporting processes
*Work closely with a Data Engineer as the data platform evolves
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:*Strong commercial experience using SQL for analysis and data modelling
*Proven ability to design structured datasets for reporting and insight
*Experience building dashboards in at least one modern BI tool, with adaptability across tools
*Comfortable working in modern data environments and evolving tech stacks
*Confident communicator who can bridge the gap between data and commercial teams
