Commercial Manager - Manufacturing Industry
Location: Halton, Cheshire
Salary: £45,000 and over (DOE) plus annual bonus
Benefits: Company car / car allowance

Adaptable Recruitment are currently supporting a well-established business within the manufacturing sector who are looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Manager to join their team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in sales management and business development, who has led on strategy and can demonstrate successful implementation and results.
What you will be doing:
*Managing and growing key client accounts
*Driving new business and identifying growth opportunities
*Leading, developing and managing a sales team
*Leading on commercial strategy and implementation
*Setting, implementing and monitoring commercial strategy and KPIs
*Taking ownership of performance, with some responsibility for P&L
*Building strong client relationships and delivering a high level of customer service
*Supporting forecasting, contract negotiations and market analysis
*Analysing performance data and reporting on sales activity
What we are looking for:
*Proven experience in account management and business development
*Experience managing a team and leading on commercial strategy
*Demonstrable success in strategy implementation and delivering results
*Commercially minded with strong analytical skills
*Confident communicator with a results-driven approach
*Background in a construction, engineering or industrial sector is advantageous
