Job Description:
This role manages and grows a portfolio of strategic eCommerce accounts, owning day-to-day digital trading across catalogue performance, content, pricing, promotions, and account development. Working closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, the role helps deliver a commercially disciplined eCommerce strategy and sustainable growth across UK + European markets.

Description
*Own day-to-day trading for a large-scale, high-volume online retail partner with complex commercial mechanics
*Manage catalogue accuracy, content optimisation, and digital shelf performance across a fast-moving online environment
*Deliver pricing, promotional and funding strategies within a highly data-driven retail model
*Partner closely with retail media and digital advertising teams to drive traffic, conversion and ROI
*Analyse granular sales, availability and performance data to identify growth levers and risks
*Operate within structured account plans, joint business planning cycles, and commercial governance processes
*Work cross-functionally with supply chain, finance and marketing to ensure operational readiness and sell-through
*Manage performance across multiple European markets with centralised systems and KPIs
Profile
The successful commercially driven eCommerce and online sales professional managing complex digital accounts will:
*Comfortable owning day-to-day digital trading performance across content, pricing, promotions, and availability
*Highly analytical, using performance data and insights to identify opportunities, manage risk, and drive growth
*Confident working within structured account plans and governance frameworks, balancing speed with commercial discipline
*Experienced in collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, finance, and external partners
*Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
*A strong relationship builder with the confidence to influence internally and externally
