£35,000 – £40,000 Basic (DOE) + Uncapped Commission
The Opportunity
We are partnering with a leading Finance & HR specialist recruitment agency based in Hertfordshire. The business has secured multiple global, retained partnerships, resulting in a significant and sustained pipeline of high-value roles across the UK, EMEA, and North America.
Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Senior Researcher / Delivery Consultant to join their team and support delivery across these key accounts.
The Role
This is a delivery-focused position, working closely with senior stakeholders to source and place high-calibre candidates across Finance and HR markets. You will play a key role in managing retained assignments and ensuring successful delivery on global mandates.
Key Responsibilities
*Deliver on retained search assignments across Finance and HR markets
*Source, identify, and engage high-quality candidates
*Manage candidate processes from initial outreach through to placement
*Collaborate with internal consultants and account managers
*Build strong talent pipelines across international markets
What’s on Offer
*£35,000 – £40,000 basic salary (DOE)
*Uncapped monthly commission (up to 30%)
*Additional quarterly bonus incentives

About You
*Experience in recruitment, ideally within a white-collar or permanent market
*Strong delivery or research background
*Proven ability to manage candidate processes effectively
*Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
*Keen to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
