Titan Private Wealth is a well-established independent investment management business who provide portfolio management and stockbroking services to private clients. With full in-house back office, research and support teams, Titan Private Wealth are committed to providing an exceptional level of service to our clients which is achieved by developing long-term and trusted relationships. Titan Private Wealth our investment management arm, recently rebranded from Cardale, founded in 2003 and based in Harrogate.
Purpose of the role The Agencies Assistant will be working on our central operations team based out of our Bristol office 3 days a week. This is an exciting opportunity to join Titan at a pivotal time of growth and make a real impact.
The focus of the role is too Assist all users with any issues / queries which they may have relating to Agencies. Creating/documenting robust processes and procedures for Agencies across the group.
Responsibilities *Liaise with providers and advisers to setup agencies for advisers for Titan Wealth Planning Ltd.
*Liaise with providers and revoke access to any platforms for leavers for employees and advisers.
*Liaise with providers regarding any agency queries, adviser and employee queries and changes to agencies.
*Review, action and respond to any emails in the Agencies mailbox.
*Contact providers with any branch address changes by email, post, or phone as necessary.
*Amend and add any provider contacts to Provider Directory.
*Create/Build library of clearly documented Agency teams processes and procedures including Provider logins and user access etc.
*Process Novation’s as required.
*Be the main point of contact for all agency matters.
*Proactively develop your knowledge and skills so that you can efficiently manage Agencies, highlighting personal training needs that would enhance service delivery.
*Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as requested by line manager.
*Issue effective communications to colleagues in relation to Agencies as and when required.
*Foster the creation and maintenance of effective working relationships with advisers, colleagues, and management.
*Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong, collaborative working relationships.
Critical Skills and Experience required*Ability to deliver coaching and training to individuals and groups.
*Ability to plan own workload and manage conflicting demands and deadlines. Prioritise based on the needs of the business.
*Keen eye for detail and getting things right first time.
*Ability to write clear reports and ’How to’ guides.
*Ability to maintain and exceed very high standards of performance and activity.
*Be self-motivated with a proactive ’can do’ attitude.
*Professional in manner and approach.
*Enthusiastic, confident, and assertive.
*Methodical and organised.
*Computer literate.
Qualifications (Essential & Desirable)*GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at Grade 4/C or above
*Experience providing high quality customer service with a strong awareness of customer focus.
*Previous office administration experience.
*Previous regulatory of financial industry experience is desirable.
*Knowledge of Agencies within Financial Services is desirable.

*To highlight to your line manager procedures & processes that do not adhere to the principles of TCF/RCR and to put forward suggestions that improve the TCF/RCR practices within the department.
