Job Description:
We are currently looking for Passenger Rights Consultants across the United Kingdom, particularly in the following cities:
Luton, Birmingham, Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds
Type of CollaborationFreelance / Part-time
Work LocationUK Airports (including Luton, Birmingham, Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds)
Role OverviewWe are seeking reliable and professional collaborators to assist passengers at UK airports in cases of flight disruptions, including long delays and cancellations.
Key Responsibilities*Be present in the public arrivals area of the assigned airport
*Distribute informational materials to passengers
*Clearly and professionally explain passenger rights
*Maintain a respectful, discreet, and professional approach
*Follow operational guidelines provided by the coordination team
Compensation & Conditions*Freelance collaboration
*£50 per assignment
*Transport expenses reimbursed
*Performance-based incentives
*On-call work depending on operational needs
Requirements*Must live within 1 hour of one of the listed airports
*Availability to reach the airport on short notice
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Professionalism, reliability, and punctuality
*Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus
