Description
*Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures.

*Collaborate with managers to identify and address training and development needs.
*Assist in the implementation and monitoring of performance management systems.
*Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

*Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
Profile
A successful Senior HR Advisor should have:
*A strong understanding of HR policies, employment law, and best practices.

*Proficiency in using HR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
