Description
*Full ownership of the UK vehicle solutions business accounts, including monthly production, balance sheet management and cashflow forecasting
*Strengthen and embed financial controls and procedures to support sustainable growth
*Identify business risks and deliver monthly control activities
*Introduce efficient, effective processes through team development and technical enhancements
*Supervise and support at least two team members
*Produce and present monthly financial performance analysis to senior stakeholders
*Support budgeting and forecasting cycles
*Act as the primary contact for external audit queries, ensuring timely and accurate responses
Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
*ACCA/CIMA Finalist or qualified by experience
*Logical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
*Excellent attention to detail and confident in driving change
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
*Commercially aware with solid technical accounting expertise
*Comfortable partnering with stakeholders across all levels, including non-finance colleagues
*Experience within a fast-growing, evolving business
*Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
*Familiarity with Sage, Oracle Financials or similar systems

*Competitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £55,000 per annum.
