We are looking for a professional and polished Receptionist to join our front-of-house team. You will be the first point of contact for all guests and colleagues, delivering a 5-star service and ensuring a warm, efficient, and secure welcome to the site.
Key Responsibilities
*Meet and greet visitors, ensuring smooth and timely check-in.
*Communicate with internal teams via email/phone and support their requests.
*Maintain accurate guest records and building knowledge.
*Provide proactive visual checks of communal areas and report issues via the FM Helpdesk.
*Support colleagues across the FM team and promote best practice.
*Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and security procedures at all times.
About You
*Well-presented, professional, and customer-focused.
*Confident communicator with strong attention to detail.
*Flexible, reliable, and proactive in your approach.
*Knowledge of local transport and amenities is an advantage.
The hours will be 40 hours a week -but will need to be flexible to accomodate holiday and sick leave within your team.

*Excellent customer service skills with a warm, welcoming manner.
*Strong communication skills (verbal and written) for speaking with visitors, staff, and internal teams.
*Ability to multitask and manage a busy reception area efficiently.
*Attention to detail when checking visitors in and maintaining accurate records.
*Reliable, punctual, and flexible to support business needs.
*Comfortable using email, phone systems, and visitor management software.
*Understanding of basic Health & Safety and site security protocols.
*Ability to work well within the wider FM team and support colleagues proactively.
