NJR Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a well-established and highly regarded Financial Planning firm who are looking to appoint an experienced IndependentFinancial Adviser to take over an existing client bank from a retiring adviser.
This is a rare and exciting opportunity to inherit a loyal, well-maintained portfolio of clients across West Yorkshire, offering immediate income and the chance to focus on delivering high-quality advice rather than business development.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing and developing an established client bank, providing holistic financial planning advice tailored to individual client needs.
Key responsibilities include:
*Taking over and managing an existing portfolio of clients
*Delivering advice across pensions, investments, protection and estate planning
*Conducting regular client reviews and maintaining long-term relationships
*Identifying planning opportunities and delivering tailored financial solutions
*Ensuring all advice is compliant and aligned with FCA regulations
*Working closely with in-house paraplanning and administration teams
About You
*Experienced Financial Adviser with a strong track record in client servicing
*Level 4 Diploma qualified (minimum) although those offering the level 6 qualification would be of most interest.
*Demonstrates a holistic approach to financial planning
*Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on long-term client outcomes
*Professional, personable and client-centric approach
*Ability to manage and develop an existing client bank effectively
