What you’ll be doing
You’ll manage a varied caseload across landlord and tenant matters, including:
*Possession proceedings (rent arrears and anti-social behaviour)
*Disrepair claims
*Unlawful occupation and tenancy fraud
*Failed succession cases
*General tenancy breaches
You’ll also:
*Represent clients in court (most hearings are local and manageable)
*Advise internal stakeholders on day-to-day housing issues
*Draft and review tenancy agreements and legal documents
*Support a paralegal and contribute to the wider team
