Commercial Gas Engineer
Location: Lancashire
Salary: Up to £43,000 + Overtime + Excellent Benefits

What You’ll Be Doing
*Diagnosing and repairing faults on commercial gas systems (boilers, water heaters, warm air systems, etc.)
*Carrying out planned maintenance (PPM) and completing certification via PDA
*Maintaining and repairing heating, plumbing, and gas plant equipment
*Identifying additional works and providing accurate quotations
*Delivering a high standard of service across a wide range of sites
*Working closely with a supportive team of engineers and office staff
What We’re Looking For
We want engineers who take pride in their work and deliver great service. You’ll ideally have:
*Experience in commercial or public sector environments
*Fault-finding skills across gas, heating, and plumbing systems
*A positive, customer-focused attitude
*Good communication and IT skills
*A proactive mindset with ambition to grow
Requirements
*Gas Safe registered
*CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1
*Full UK driving licence
*Enhanced DBS clearance
Salary & Benefits Package
*Up to £43,000 basic salary
*Overtime paid after 40 hours
*1.5x travel time pay
*Double time for late-night call-outs (12am–5am) and Sundays
*Call-out rota: 1 in 6
