The Role
You will play a key role in delivering a wide range of planning projects across sectors including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. Working closely with senior team members, you’ll be involved in the full project lifecycle-from initial appraisals through to submission and negotiation of planning applications.
Key Responsibilities
*Preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals
*Conducting site appraisals and planning research
*Engaging with local authorities, stakeholders, and clients
*Supporting project management and delivery across multiple schemes
*Contributing to planning strategy and development opportunities
About You
*Degree in Town Planning or a related discipline
*Working towards (or already achieved) MRTPI status
*Previous experience within a planning consultancy or local authority
*Strong report writing and communication skills
*A proactive and commercially aware mindset
