Operations Leader - Subsea Services

Operations Leader provides significant input to the broader strategic plan of the higher-level business unit, ensuring alignment between operational capabilities, commercial ambitions, and long-term growth objectives.

Operations Leader responsible for testing, validating, and implementing new commercial offerings in the market. Plays a key role in shaping the business unit’s direction by contributing to the development of comprehensive business plans and evaluating the operational impact of upcoming initiatives. Actively participates in cross-disciplinary discussions to assess future trends, organizational implications, and strategic opportunities.
As an Operations Leader, you will be responsible for:
*Be part of development of new business models for Subsea Services
*Lead and drive projects from ideation to implementation and execution
*Collaborate with regions, sales, product management, finance and leadership teams to ensure that performance of the new services delivers the results needed
*Monitor performance and continuously optimize models.

To be successful in this role, you should have:
*Have university degree in a technical field or equivalent, with at least two years of proven experience People Management/ Team Management.
*Have 10+ years of relevant business experience and operations, Services Business, Offshore operations
*Have strong understanding of Subsea Services market, customer and value creation.
*Have project management experience for at least 2 years
*Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
*Proactive and self-driven
*Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast paced environment
*Strong analytical and structured working approach

*Works in a hybrid model, combining remote work with on-site presence as required
*The role includes up to 30% travel
