Key responsibilities
*Liaising with customer via telephone & email to support with queries
*Supporting planning and touting busy same day network of vehicles
*Support the sales team
*Responsible for answering inbound calls and making outbound calls
*Support the team by covering holiday periods

*Great written and verbal communication
*Good IT Skills
