Description
As a Costs Draftsperson/Lawyer your duties will include:
*Assessing and negotiating settlement of fast track, intermediate track and multi-track costs, including handling of related costs proceedings.

*Drafting own party and opposing third party cost budgets.

*Pursuing costs recoveries including bill drafting.

Profile
A successful Costs Draftsperson/Lawyer should ideally have at least 2 years experience in costs matters and must have experience of drafting points of dispute.
