Day to Day:
As Property Manager, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day management of a residential portfolio, ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard and that all stakeholders receive a first-class service.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing a portfolio of residential properties from move-in through to tenancy end
* Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
* Coordinating maintenance and repairs with contractors
* Conducting property inspections and producing clear reports
* Ensuring compliance with current legislation and regulatory requirements
* Handling renewals, rent reviews, and deposit negotiations
* Resolving issues efficiently and professionally
