The role You will take ownership of the lettings function, focusing on both revenue generation and team growth:
*Winning new instructions and building a strong pipeline
*Conducting valuations and converting business
*Managing deals from offer through to completion
*Driving performance and setting standards within the team
*Supporting future hires and benefiting from a 5% override on their instructions
Package & Benefits*£35,000 basic salary
*£50,000 guaranteed earnings for first 6 months
*Uncapped commission: *10% up to £100K
*12.5% £100K–£150K
*15% £150K–£200K
*20% £200K+

*5% override on team revenue
*23 days holiday plus bank holidays
*Office based near Hyde Park (with a move to a flagship site planned)
*Uber account for business travel
*1 in 3 Saturdays initially
