IT Service Delivery Manager (Contract)Location: London
We’re looking for an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to ensure the reliable, high-quality delivery of IT products and services. This role suits someone proactive, detail-driven and determined to root-cause issues before they impact customers.
You’ll work closely with Product Owners and Product Managers to align IT service delivery with product roadmaps and business objectives.
What you’ll be doing*Owning the delivery of IT products and services to agreed SLAs and product requirements
*Collaborating with Product Owners and Product Managers to translate product needs into effective service delivery
*Coordinating delivery teams to ensure efficient, high-quality outcomes
*Monitoring service performance, identifying trends and driving improvements
*Proactively identifying risks and resolving issues before they escalate
*Working with product operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
*Reporting on service performance, availability and customer satisfaction
What we’re looking forMust-have:
*Demonstrable experience as an IT Service Delivery Manager
*Strong IT service management background (e.g. ITIL)
*Experience working closely with product-led teams
*Proven ability to diagnose issues, identify root causes and implement preventative solutions
*Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
*Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
