About the Role
My client is looking for a motivated and driven Sales Advisor to join their growing team. This role is focused on generating and developing sales opportunities through effective data management, outbound calling, and lead follow-up.
You will play a key role in supporting business growth by identifying and qualifying opportunities for the wider sales team, while ensuring all activity is compliant and accurately recorded. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a target-driven environment and is looking to develop their career in sales.
Key Responsibilities

*Generate and develop sales opportunities through outbound calls and data cleansing
*Manage and prioritise leads effectively to maximise conversion opportunities
*Accurately record all client interactions and activity within the CRM system
*Follow defined call structures and ensure all communication remains compliant
*Manage your diary and call schedule to ensure consistent and effective follow-up
*Work towards and achieve individual targets and key performance indicators
*Attend training sessions, team meetings, and company events as required
*Support the wider sales team by identifying and qualifying potential opportunities
*Ensure all work is completed in line with company procedures and regulatory standards


Skills & Experience Required
*Strong verbal communication and listening skills, with the ability to ask effective questions
*Ability to quickly understand and interpret customer needs
*Good IT skills, particularly across Microsoft Office
*Highly organised with strong time management and the ability to manage multiple leads
*Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment
*Team player with a positive and professional approach
