Reed Education are currently recruiting a reliable and confident Cover Supervisor to work on a temporary supply basis at a supportive secondary school in Lincoln.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with previous secondary school experience who are educated to degree level and are looking for flexible work within education.
The Role:*Supervise classes during long and short-term teacher absences
*Deliver pre-planned lessons and ensure students remain on task
*Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment
*Follow the school’s behaviour and safeguarding policies
*Provide feedback to teaching staff at the end of each lesson
The Ideal Candidate:*Prior experience working within secondary schools is essential
*Educated to degree level (or equivalent)
*Confident in managing classroom behaviour
*Flexible, reliable, and adaptable
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Calm, organised, and professional approach
